3.) How to handle the artwork?

The best file for the artwork is PDF, AI, CorelDRAW, picture(300 dpi),

4, How can I do samples? When can get sample?

Send inquiry or chat with our employee, tell them your requirements and details, they will offer professional advises.  Sample work time 7day,air DHL shipping time 5days,

5,Can I Get Samples before Mass Production?

Yes, we can offer you a free sample of our current product, if you require to have a sample according to your artwork, it is ok to make one for you, but will charge you a little sample cost.

6.) How do you deliver the goods? What delivery terms?

For small order we will choose to ship by express(DHL, FedEx, UPS)，Heavy air shipment and boat via is good for bigger order, provided incoterm EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP,DDU, DDP, etc.

7.) How can I pay for the order?

We have a flexible payment for you, L/C, T/T, Western Union, PayPal, HongKong Bank, Alibaba pay,etc

8, How is the packing for finished products?

1. Individual packaging: poly bag/shrink wrapping/water proof paper; Insert or divide protection;
2. Best K=K export corrugated carton with film wrapping;
3. Solid plastic pallet packaging with film wrapping and packaging belt;
4. Dunnage bag protection for stuffing packaging;
5. Complete shipping mark;
6. Not Exceed 21kg Each Carton for courier;

9, What choices affect my pricing?

As a high-volume producer with scale economies, Junsc Limited provides the industry’s most competitive prices on custom printed boxes available. Pricing is generally a factor of five things: dimensions, product style, CMYK color or Pantone color, paper material, special finishing and quantity (higher quantities = bulk savings). Custom orders of 5,000 or more can be eligible for volume discounts. 10. What happens after I place my order? Do I get a proof before printing?

After checkout, our dedicated Prepress team will review your design for any technical concerns and send a 2D digital proof of your custom boxes to your email within 24 hours. If any changes need to be made, you can send a note directly to our Prepress team through the proof page and they’ll be happy to help with finalizing your design for printing.
